Careers

Do the work where it matters.

Work that happens at kitchen tables and in classrooms, with a team that speaks the languages of the families we serve, flexible hours, and a new building on the way. Some credentials you can earn on the job, with our help.

Why here

Four honest reasons.

Community-based

You see children where they live. No waiting room, no forty-minute slots back to back.

Flexible hours

Families need afternoons and some evenings. So do many of our staff. We schedule around both.

A team that speaks many languages

Work in the language of the families you serve, with colleagues who understand the community.

A new building

Childcare and early intervention open in July 2027. Roles are growing with it.

Credential help

Lived experience counts.
We help with the paperwork.

Family Peer Advocates and Youth Peer Advocates are credentialed by New York State. If you have the lived experience but not the credential yet, you can earn it while working with us. We cover the training and walk you through the application.

Skills coaches need a high school diploma and two years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree. Clinicians need a New York State license; our NYSED waiver lets us employ LMSWs, LCSWs, LMHCs, LMFTs, LCATs, behavior analysts and psychologists.
