Childcare

Opening July 2027

Childcare with developmental support built in.

A daycare where a child who needs a little extra support is simply part of the room, with therapists down the hall instead of across town. Opening in the new building.

The idea

What makes it different
from other daycares
in Rockland County.

Most daycares do one thing well: care. Children who need a speech therapist, an occupational therapist or a little extra help with behavior have to be driven somewhere else, usually in the middle of the day, usually by a parent who has to leave work.

Here, the therapy rooms are in the same building as the classrooms. A child who needs support gets it as part of the day, in a room they already know, and comes back to the group. Children who don’t need it grow up alongside children who do, which is good for everyone.

The rooms are designed for it: low round tables, quiet corners, a sensory room, and an occupational therapy suite a few steps away.
