Privacy and Notice of Privacy Practices
Two things: what this website collects, and how your health information is protected in care.
This website
The forms on this site ask only for what we need to call you back: a name, a phone number or email, a child’s age, and what is going on in your words. We do not ask for full names of children, diagnoses or records on the web. Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection to our intake team and are not stored in your browser.
We do not use advertising trackers. We keep basic, anonymous visit counts with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, so we know which pages help people; nothing that identifies you.
Notice of Privacy Practices
As a provider of health services, Rising Child Center, Inc. is required by federal law (HIPAA) to protect the privacy of your child’s health information, to give you this notice, and to follow it.
The full notice covers your rights to see and correct records, how we share information for treatment, payment and operations, and how to complain. Read the Notice of Privacy Practices (PDF).
